We are seeking an experienced R&D Engineer to join our growing AI Research Team. The ideal candidate is a native Arabic speaker residing in Türkiye with advanced proficiency in English and a strong background in Python programming, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Text-to-Speech (TTS), speech technologies, and Large Language Models (LLMs). - Collaborating with our diverse team spanning various disciplines such as text-to-speech, speech recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and voice biometrics, to innovate and enhance our AI-powered solutions.
- Conducting advanced research in AI technologies, particularly in the domains of NLP and voice processing, to drive the development of cutting-edge features and capabilities that elevate the performance and user experience of our Conversational Solutions.
- Designing and implementing scalable algorithms and models to address complex challenges in speech and language processing, ensuring robustness, accuracy, and efficiency in real-world applications.
- Contributing to the integration of our solutions within the Unifonic ecosystem, leveraging synergies with their leading Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) offerings to deliver comprehensive and impactful solutions to our customers.
- Collaborating closely with product management, software development, and quality assurance teams to translate research findings and technical innovations into practical features and enhancements that meet customer needs and market demands.

- Collaborating closely with product management, software development, and quality assurance teams to translate research findings and technical innovations into practical features and enhancements that meet customer needs and market demands.
