A Day in the Life:

Key Responsibilities- Design and validation of front/rear bumper fascia components.
- Development of exterior trim and front-end module components.
- Coordination with suppliers, manufacturing plants, purchasing, and design teams.
- Management of quality, cost, and timing targets.
- Collaboration with Styling teams on A-surface development.
- Safety and regulatory compliance (pedestrian protection and low-speed impact).
- Fit, finish, and perceived quality management.
- Cost and weight reduction initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 3+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Ability to work onsite in Farmington Hills, MI.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
