Overview:

As a rapidly growing company with continued plans for expansion, we are seeking a talented individual to join our Program Design team as a Quoting & Policy Admin Manager to help advance our ongoing success.

As a Quoting & Policy Admin Manager, you will play a critical role in increasing fidelity and driving clarity into the designs necessary to implement new coverages, products, and carriers across SageSure’s quoting and policy administration processes To successfully accomplish your role, you will collaborate with multiple departments within SageSure, including teams like Product Development and Actuarial, Claims, Customer Service, Software, Product Implementation, and Sales & Marketing. We are looking for an intellectually curious individual with a strong background in residential property insurance who is motivated to learn, grow, and make an impact.

  • Designing detailed documentation outlining the key quoting and policy administration dimensions required for the success of new and innovative products and coverages in the market.
  • Providing updates on in-flight objectives and goals to internal stakeholders through meetings and/or written notifications.
  • Designing detailed documentation specifying changes to quoting and/or policy administration for the modification or enhancement of active products, ensuring internal cross functional alignment and successful in-market adoption.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for homeowner’s lines of business for both admitted and non-admitted products.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across SageSure to determine and align on, designs supporting growth and maintenance.
  • Supporting the adoption of new products and product changes through change management efforts.
  • Independently identifying and recommending process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor program performance and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Ad-hoc projects and duties as necessary.

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Risk Management.
  • Experience in insurance industry experience, with a strong understanding of personal lines in catastrophe prone markets.
  • Expertise in personal property and related insurance products.
  • Expertise in quoting and policy administration.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to define problems, analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Keen awareness and sensitivity to the customer experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
