Summary
Spark is hiring a Manager of Product Success to oversee the team dedicated to ensuring our agents successfully onboard and engage with our industry-leading insurance platform. The ideal candidate has previous experience managing a team dedicated to product onboarding and high-value ongoing support and is excited to develop a roadmap for how the team can have an even greater impact as Spark grows.
You will report directly to the co-founder and CPO as we explore the best way to improve our industry-best 50% DAU rate among our top producing agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing team of Product Success team members
- Maintain a high standard for the team by proposing SLAs and holding the team accountable for them
- Propose OKRs and strategic initiatives during biannual planning related to driving product adoption scalably
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities for your team to provide in-depth product knowledge and support
- Develop new processes as the business needs shift and strategic opportunities emerge
- Own external documentation for our product and identify opportunities to reduce inbounds to our support teams
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Prior experience managing a team dedicated to product onboarding and ongoing support
- A passion for solving problems and a desire to advocate for our highest potential and most valuable agent users
- A willingness to own ambiguous initiatives without established precedents or frameworks
- Comfort with analytics tools and a lean toward making decisions using quantitative and qualitative data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior early stage startup experience in an insuretech environment a strong plus
Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Spark. In accordance with New York City, Colorado, California, and other applicable laws, Spark is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is listed below. We expect most candidates to fall in the middle of the range. We also believe that your personal needs and preferences should be taken into consideration, so we allow some choice between equity and cash.
Base Salary
$110,000—$130,000 USD
