Your daily pitch

The Quantitative Research Analyst is part of the QR team - the engine room where data, sport, and strategy come together. We combine statistical analysis & programming to build smart and innovative automated sports & trading models that keep us competitive.

In this role, you’ll be developing, creating, and maintaining statistical models and tools that support bookmakers, traders, and risk managers in their daily work. Think of it as building the playbook behind the scenes -  ensuring the odds are sharp, and the strategy is always one step ahead of the game.

Your daily pitch

• Work on the automated odds calculation & trading logic, ensuring accuracy, performance and profitability.
• Build and enhance in-house products that strengthen our overall trading and modelling ecosystem.
• Automate processes across the team and department, improving efficiency and freeing up time for higher-value strategic work.
• Challenge the status quo - constantly reviewing current approaches and identifying smarter, faster, and more effective ways to operate.
• Recommend and implement new techniques and technologies that support performance, scalability, and long-term success.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

• Education. Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field — a strong academic foundation to compete at the highest level.
• Experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering impact.
• Tech Stack. Excellent knowledge of R and Python – you’re comfortable turning complex data into smart, actionable models, and working with systems designed for low‑latency performance.
• Databases. Comfortable working with databases such as Redshift and AWS.
• Automation. You know how to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and build scalable, efficient solutions.
• Bonus Points. iGaming experience is a strong advantage, and exposure to B2B product environments and AI tools is a big plus - you understand the game, the market, and how to leverage technology to stay ahead.
• Analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you enjoy breaking down complex challenges and finding the winning solution.
• Language. Full professional fluency in English.

• Fair remuneration. We offer a competitive salary package, the annual base salary for this position in full-time starts from 88,000 Euro. The actual offer will depend on your skills and experience and can be higher.
