As a Quant Analytics Vice President part of the Chase Travel team, you will lead automation and efficiency analytics within the Connected Commerce Analytics team. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks, driving insights and recommendations that support Chase Travel's aggressive growth agenda.
You will be a key member of the broader Data and Analytics organization, focusing on customer-focused analytics and partnering with AI/ML teams to enhance product roadmaps. Your work will directly impact the firm's data science and analytics strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders in Business Services, Product, and Technology to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks.
- Develop and execute analytical projects, both independently and in teams, to meet business needs.
- Support customer-focused analytics and their application in servicing to grow the business or automate processes.
- Collaborate with AI/ML product teams for process improvements and better product roadmap decisioning.
- Synthesize analytical findings for senior business executives, delivering clear and concise presentations and visualizations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on business data and analytical techniques, driving data science strategies across the firm.
- Manage evolving project requirements with strong problem-solving and client engagement skills.
- Develop ad-hoc analytic datasets for digital and transactional analysis.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in analytics or strategy roles.
- Bachelors in science or similar in a technical or quantitative field such as Mathematics, Finance, or Engineering.
- Proficiency with modern analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Python, R, SQL, Tableau).
- Ability to translate business needs into structured analyses and synthesize insights into executive-level recommendations.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior management.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in analytics or strategy roles.
- Advanced degree in business management and/or analytics.
- Financial services and/or travel background preferred, but not required.
