Job Description
Drive omni-channel personalization through digital analytics and data-driven strategies.
As a member of the Omnichannel Analytics team, you'll lead the transformation of marketing strategy across digital channels such as websites, mobile apps, and email. You will craft the vision for the future and develop a roadmap by leveraging your deep understanding of platforms, capabilities, data assets, and analytic tools. Collaborate strategically with marketers, channel owners, digital experts, and the broader analytics community to drive business goals through marketing analytics, servicing, operations, and optimization.
Work closely with the Personalization and Insights team to identify data capture gaps and implement enhancements. Collaborate with other teams to craft test measurement plans, interpret results, and present findings to senior management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into measurable analytical plans.
- Develop and track channel performance KPIs, communicating findings to senior CCB leadership.
- Build business-critical data capabilities like marketing attribution and valuation of customer engagement.
- Report campaign performance to prioritize resources and identify personalization impact.
- Identify ad-level performance improvements and deliver recommendations.
- Provide guidance on standard metrics to product owners.
- Enhance digital user experience by studying customer journeys on the mobile app.
- Collaborate on test measurement plans and present results to senior management.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytical, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an advanced analytics role.
- Strong SQL knowledge, including complex queries.
- Experience with relational databases and data preparation.
- Ability to define metrics, evaluate results, and recommend improvements.
- Critical and analytical thinking with a data-oriented mindset.
- Experience with test experimental design and results analysis.
- Advanced data visualization and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to translate data findings into business storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort building and managing relationships with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Advanced analytics experience with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Python, or Power BI.
- Functional industry experience in marketing, operations, technology, or finance
