Provides legal support to US Macro Markets and Sales teams by drafting and negotiating derivatives trading documentation, advising on FX and derivatives transaction structures, interpreting regulatory requirements, and analyzing netting and collateral enforceability. The role partners with front-office, sales, trading, and product teams within a global financial institution.

Provides legal counsel to J.P. Morgan Wealth Management’s retail investment and bank-based sales businesses. Advises on banking and securities laws, FINRA, SEC, CFPB, Federal Reserve, OCC guidance, broker-dealer and investment advisory matters, banker licensing and compensation, and regulatory risks. Partners with Compliance, Risk, Controls, operations, and business teams to support products, transactions, sales strategies, and strategic initiatives.

Executes compliance and operational risk testing, evaluates control design and effectiveness, identifies gaps, drives remediation, communicates findings, and improves testing methodologies through cross-functional collaboration.
