Supports infrastructure engineering across applications and technologies, focusing on capacity management, monitoring, resiliency, security, and operational improvements. Builds and troubleshoots systems using DevOps practices, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Linux, Git, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Helm, and observability tools. Partners with application and infrastructure teams to identify capacity risks, manage remediation, validate AI-assisted recommendations, and ensure changes meet security, auditability, and resiliency standards.
