As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate at JPMorganChase within Consumer Deposit Product Analytics in Consumer & Community Banking, you will partner with deposit product leaders to solve business problems with data-driven insights. You will own product performance reporting and ad hoc analysis across deposit products, blending monitoring and metrics reporting to support end-to-end product management. You will be expected to communicate clearly, operate independently, and deliver practical recommendations that influence outcomes.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs, translate requirements into analytical deliverables, and communicate actionable insights
- Design, build, and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, and reporting solutions from requirements through deployment and ongoing support
- Produce product performance reporting, including key performance indicators and key risk indicators, with clear definitions and documentation
- Analyze trends, identify growth opportunities and risks, and recommend actions to senior stakeholders
- Deliver tailored analyses to answer complex, ambiguous questions and support strategic decision-making
- Automate recurring reporting processes and apply disciplined source control and documentation practices

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Master’s degree in a related field with three years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree in a related field with five years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience using Python for analytics and data workflows
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and cloud services (for example, Snowflake and Amazon Web Services)
- Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and analytics solutions using Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Demonstrated ability to apply advanced analytics and responsible generative artificial intelligence techniques to improve reporting, forecasting, anomaly detection, or business intelligence
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work and deliver high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment
