Quality Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Trainee to join our team. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on training and experience in quality assurance and quality control processes. As a Quality Trainee, you will assist in ensuring that our products, services, and processes meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your Responsibilities:

• Quality Inspections: Assist in performing routine quality checks and inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Testing & Analysis: Support quality testing procedures, ensuring compliance with established standards and specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of quality inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Compliance: Learn and adhere to quality management systems (QMS), standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and regulatory requirements.
• Problem Solving: Assist in identifying and analyzing product defects or process issues, and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, reducing waste, and improving efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Training: Learn to operate testing equipment and tools, as well as gain knowledge of industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.

What you bring:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Basic understanding of quality standards and procedures (knowledge of ISO standards is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
