This position reports to:
Quality Manager__
Coordinate Company and PC resources to handle domestic or overseas CCRP timely and effectively, fulfill CCRP KPI target. Take charge of customer focus and quality in daily work, and apply the advance quality management methods and tolls to leverage Continuous Improvement culture in company.
Main Accountabilities
- Handle CCRP timely and effectively to minimize customer dissatisfaction, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by cross-company, cross-functional or cross-organizational coordinating.
- Fulfill CCRP KPI target, AOT/ROT/COT/AVG. open days.
- Analyze customer complaints and other customer feedbacks, identify opportunities for product, service and process improvement.
- Participate in customer feedback collection, resolution and improvement of major quality issue.
- Lead major improvement project, especially for repeat case.
- Others related quality activities according to the CCPR plan.
- Others items as assigned by QMD manager or CCRP manager.
Requirements
Min. Education
- Bachelor degree with major electrics or mechanics
Working Experience
- At least 3 years’ working experience in quality or product areas
- With good knowledge and skills in quality, production, product or project management
- Experience in coordination and handling quality problem independently
Functional Knowledge/Skill
- Functional Knowledge
- Power system, electrics and mechanics
- Common knowledge on power switchgear and apparatus
- Common quality management statistical tools and methods

- Good communication and coordination skills both internally and
externally
- Skillful in problem solving by using statistical techniques
