This position reports to:
EL Product Marketing Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Lead overall market intelligence including data collect and analysis from customer segments, competitors, field feedback, and market trends to identify emerging opportunities, risks, and unmet needs, and translate data into product strategic recommendation.
- Monitor sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, hit rate, win-loss analysis) and adjust GTM tactics in real-time
- Own product positioning, target segment definition, and value propositions, set up product market strategies including pricing frameworks, promotion and channel strategies
- Develop and execute G-T-M plans for new products/updates, including launch timelines, pricing strategy, and channel enablement
- Translate customer insights into clear product requirements, lifecycle recommendation and new product development priorities.
- Partner with Product Manager and Product Specialists to validate business cases for new products and manage product life cycle marketing.
- Act as the “Voice of the Market” in the business. Champion market perspective across the organization, driving alignment and strategic decision-making
- Facilitate collaboration between Product Manager, R&D, and Product Specialist to synchronize market strategy with roadmap and industrialization
- Co-own customer events (e.g., trade shows) with Product Specialist for technical demonstration

Qualifications for the role
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Proven experience in product marketing within electrical equipment, power distribution, or industrial automation industries, >5 year experience is prefered
• Deep understanding of Medium Voltage Circuit Breaker technologies, applications, and power distribution
• Familiarity with MV circuit breaker ratings, protection devices, relay systems, and digital monitoring solutions
• Knowledge of smart grid technologies, digital substations
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborative, solution-focused approach
• Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and matrix organizations
• Fluent in English written and verbal
