This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Quality Manager in Burlington, MA, with Color Kinetics and Signify.

Support to our global customers by addressing field site issues.

Manage the overall cost of non-quality.

Conduct training for the market quality organizations and our installation partners on best installation practices.

Lead approbation activities globally for Color Kinetics and overseeing the supplier product quality aspects for outsourced manufacturing.

Provide leadership and guidance to the Color Kinetics advanced quality engineers responsible for product design quality.
More about you
While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (or related) and 7+ years of work experience in field quality engineering, product quality engineering, approbations or supplier quality engineering

Experience managing a team of engineers and technicians in a quality management role is preferred

Demonstrated leadership and/or consistent performance in addressing significant quality issues in the field, during product development or manufacturing operations, is a strong plus
-
Ability to work with strong cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement) and influence others without a reporting line authority

Successful working under pressure with significant time and resource constraints and difficult engagement situations with dissatisfied customers

Salary: $161,400 - $200,000

Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 20%
