Supports the Levante regional sales team through customer service, inbound call handling, basic technical proposals, CRM updates, order processing, logistics coordination, market research, presentations, and activity reporting. The role is a six-month, part-time internship requiring Spanish fluency, English proficiency, strong organization, analytical ability, and proactive learning.

Manage end-to-end purchase-to-pay and accounts payable processes, including supplier invoice processing, approvals, payments, balance monitoring, and supplier inquiries. The role requires enterprise networking experience, knowledge of Cisco technologies and Cisco ISE, familiarity with monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds, and fluent English. This is an on-site position in Pila, Poland.

Investigate and resolve high-volume customer disputes by validating data, identifying root causes, coordinating with Sales, Credit, Collections, Cash Applications, Logistics, and Pricing teams, and recommending corrective actions. The role monitors disputes within agreed timelines, researches account issues, analyzes patterns, supports error prevention, and makes data-driven decisions under pressure.

Provides HR advisory support to line managers on employee relations, policies, legal compliance, payroll, benefits, contracting, disciplinary actions, absences, terminations, and complex employee cases. Supports HR business partners, reporting, analytics, HR systems, process standardization, policy improvements, and escalation resolution. The role also helps translate legal and policy requirements into effective HR service processes.

Program and operate CNC repoussage lathe to produce and modify metal parts, ensure equipment maintenance, follow drawings and safety rules, train backup operators, and deliver parts meeting specifications.

Operate and program CNC equipment to produce required parts per production orders. Read and interpret technical drawings, use measuring instruments, ensure quality and safety standards, and perform related machining tasks to meet production quantities and specifications.

Provides functional and technical expertise to the Lead to Order team, translating business requirements into SAP pricing solutions. Responsibilities include solution functionality, quality, performance, security, testing, user training, incident resolution, and stakeholder advising. Requires experience with business process modeling, solution requirements, and implementation and integration of global SAP SD pricing and Vistex solutions.
