About You

Skills Required
- At least 5 years work experience in Quality Engineering (PQE, CQE, AQE)
- Experience with customer complaint handling, root cause analysis, and 8D reporting
- Experience in process improvement and PQE/CQE roles
- Familiarity with automotive industry and mechatronics (preferred)
- Skilled in core quality tools (quality five tools) and statistical methods (MSA, PPAP, FMEA etc.)
- Experience preparing and supporting internal and external audits
- Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure; good English speaking and writing skills
- Proficient with office software (e.g., MS Office)
