Senior Customer Quality Engineer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities & Tasks工作职责：

• Work closely with cross-function team to solve customer complaint/ feedback,

• Take part in internal quality audit to validate the effectiveness and continuity of improvement actions,

参与内部质量审核，以验证改进措施的有效性和连续性

• Data analysis and drive for the improvement of delivered quality and warranty,

数据分析和驱动，以提高交付质量和保修

• Support customer audit/visit and follow up actions, ensure the implementation of corrective actions and improvement actions.

支持客户审核/访问和跟进行动，确保纠正措施和改进措施的实施

• Support other department in quality control, support new project to ensure quality validation of new product.

支持其他部门进行质量控制，支持新项目，确保新产品的质量验证

• Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications任职资格：

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanics or Electronics will be better.

本科及以上学历，机械或电气专业为佳

• 3+ years manufacturing working experience

3年多制造业工作经验

• Skilled in problem solving, Data-driven, self-motivated.

具备问题解决，数据驱动和自我驱动能力

• Good teamwork and communication skill

良好的团队合作和沟通能力

• Fluent in English
