Quality Engineer

Job Description:

• 负责在生产过程中应用合理的质量控制方法，确保产品性能稳定一致。

            Ensure appropriate quality control methods are applied in production to maintain stable product performance.

• 分析过程质量数据，监控波动趋势，并持续提升过程质量KPI。

            Analyze process quality data, monitor variation trends, and continuously improve quality KPIs.

• 主导过程质量管理工作，快速响应质量异常，保障产线正常运行，同时推进和跟踪改善。

             Lead process quality management ensure rapid response to abnormalities, and support stable production operations. tracking improvements.

• 响应客户投诉，主导过程质量问题分析并推动改进措施落地。

              Respond to customer complaints, lead root cause analysis of process quality issues, and drive corrective actions.

• 主导日常过程质量审核，制作审核计划，主导过程质量审核和跟踪改善

Lead regular process quality audits execute，make process quality audit plan, lead audits and tracking PIO.

Experience & Qualifications任职资格：

• 本科及以上学历，机械或相关专业

              Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• 1–3年及以上制造现场质量管理经验

             1–3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing quality

• 熟悉产品知识及工艺流程

             Familiar with product knowledge and manufacturing processes

• 熟悉质量管理体系（如ISO 9001等）

             Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)

• 能熟练运用QC七大手法，了解五大工具（APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC）

              Proficient in QC 7 tools and familiar with core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)

• 掌握通用检验标准及检验方法

              Knowledge of standard inspection methods and criteria

• 具备基本识图能力

             Ability to read engineering drawings

• 具备基本英语读写能力

             Basic English reading and writing skills

• 数据分析能力 Data Analysis

Ability to systematically collect and analyze process capability data (e.g., CPK), apply data-driven problem solving, and maintain quality case databases.

             - 能建立并维护质量问题案例库及测试数据分析

• 问题解决能力 Problem Solving

Strong problem-solving skills using tools such as 5Why and Fishbone analysis.
