    • Use quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis and Ishikawa diagrams to identify and classify potential causes of quality issues.

    • Support risk reduction initiatives across production and R&D teams.

  • Collaboration and Communication

    • Work with cross-functional teams using platforms such as Jira or Confluence to document and track quality topics.

    • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and promote a strong quality culture.

  • Continuous Improvement

    • Participate in initiatives to improve processes, reduce risks, and increase customer satisfaction.

    • Collect and analyse data to support performance monitoring and reporting.

Candidate Requirements
  • Degree in quality, industrial, aeronautical, or mechanical engineering.

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in quality engineering, preferably in the automotive, aerospace, or high-tech sectors, with at least one successful first permanent role.

  • Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and ability to perform internal audits from end-to-end across different types of quality topics (process, supplier, product).

  • Experience with quality tools, including Root Cause Analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, and risk reduction methods.

  • Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar collaboration tools.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments in an international environment.
