Design, implement, and refine guidance, navigation, and control systems for UAVs. Develop sensor fusion and estimation algorithms, run Monte Carlo/SITL/HITL simulations, integrate GNSS/INS/IMU, support embedded implementation and flight testing across multiple platforms.

Design, develop, and deploy computer vision and ML algorithms for robotics/aerospace projects. Prepare and analyze datasets, build training pipelines, optimize models, integrate solutions into production, validate performance in real-world environments, and collaborate with software and simulation teams.

Develop anti-jam and anti-spoof capabilities, multi-sensor fusion, estimation and filtering algorithms, and real-time implementations. Lead integration, prototyping, field validation, architecture reviews, requirements traceability, and technical coordination across hardware, software, EW, GNC, and machine learning teams.

Performs structural, modal, vibration, crash, shock, impact, fatigue, and failure simulations for carbon-composite, plastic, and aluminum airframe assemblies. Builds and correlates FEA models with physical tests, translates results into CAD design improvements, and develops reusable simulation tools, scripts, templates, and methodologies. Collaborates with design, electronics, and industrialization teams to support autonomous defense system development.

Lead warhead engineering across architecture, energetics, safety and arming, mechanical integration, testing, qualification, and industrialization. Define engineering standards, manage technical trade-offs and milestones, build scalable supply chains, ensure compliance with NATO and customer regulations, and serve as the primary technical interface for programs, products, suppliers, test centers, and customers.

Lead design, prototyping, and integration of PCBs and electronics for rugged handheld UAV controllers. Define system electrical architecture, integrate RF and power systems, manage suppliers, perform thermal and EMI/EMC testing, and iterate designs to production while collaborating with mechanical and embedded software teams.

Protect people, sites, and sensitive assets across jurisdictions by executing security policy, coordinating site hardening and access control, conducting audits and risk analyses, managing clearances and government interfaces, running due diligence and automated screening workflows, and supporting incident response and business continuity planning.

Lead program execution for Europe and Middle-East defense customers as the primary customer interface. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on-spec, on-time mass-produced systems, ensure contractual compliance, manage risks and crises, trigger invoicing at milestones, and escalate enablers to unblock delivery.
