Lead aerothermal engineering for UAV platforms across design, simulation, wind-tunnel and flight-test campaigns. Run and validate CFD and thermal models, define instrumentation and DAQ, optimize cooling and heat-shielding, and integrate thermal requirements with aerodynamics, propulsion, mechanical, and GNC teams to ensure thermal margins in operational conditions.

The Physics Simulation Engineer will analyze and simulate mechanical behaviors in drone systems, focusing on vibration, thermal performance, and structural analysis. Responsibilities include finite element analysis, vibration mitigation, multi-physics simulation, aerodynamic modeling, and experimental validation to optimize drone design.

Design and maintain software systems for production infrastructure, automate deployments, manage fleet lifecycle, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
