Below is the job description for open position

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on RFID technology quality performances and methodologies for inlay, converting, and print/encode.

  • Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is integrated into all stages of product development and manufacturing.

  • Inspection, test, and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications.

  • Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions.

  • Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.

  • Should have Knowledge of problem-solving tool & techniques like, QRQC (Quick Response & Quality Control), 8D, Why-2 analysis.

  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers

  • Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service our organization is providing

  • Address customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution. And work closely with the customer service and sales teams to understand customer needs and expectations.

  • To visit to Vendor’s and do follow the vendor qualification process, ensure vendor compliance.

  • To take lead in preparing, compiling and coordinating reports/working papers for presentation to the Management.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality in Electronics or Manufacturing sector.

  • Know-how on ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 & CQM parameters.

  • Strong communication & problem solving skills.

  • Fluent in English
