The IT Engineer will maintain IT infrastructure, manage projects, enforce security policies, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure system reliability and compliance.

Lead and maintain the site Quality Management System (QMS), ensure compliance with ISO standards (including ISO 13485), run audits, drive corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement, release production/delivery of medical devices during industrialization, manage and develop the quality team, and report QMS performance to management.

Lead and implement site EHS programs, ensure legal compliance and ISO 9001/14001/45001 implementation, run inspections, drills and audits, develop safety improvement roadmaps, provide EHS training, manage workplace safety/security, and report safety metrics and incidents.

Lead and coordinate project stakeholders, manage change, and ensure successful project execution. Provide regular status reporting, identify process and reporting improvement opportunities, and occasionally act as a methodologies subject-matter expert.
