Translates business needs into manufacturable specifications, supports sales proposals, manages prototypes and validation, and drives design, qualification, industrialization, and transition to mass production. The role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring compliance, quality, cost efficiency, scalability, and regulatory requirements.

Manage and optimize global HRIS operations, primarily Workday, by translating HR needs into system requirements, resolving JIRA tickets, developing reports and dashboards, and establishing governance. Coordinate global HR systems initiatives, support change management and digital adoption, oversee LMS and Cornerstone AMS activities, and evaluate emerging AI capabilities in HR technology. Partner with HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders across international teams.

The IT Engineer will maintain IT infrastructure, manage projects, enforce security policies, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure system reliability and compliance.

Lead and coordinate project stakeholders, manage change, and ensure successful project execution. Provide regular status reporting, identify process and reporting improvement opportunities, and occasionally act as a methodologies subject-matter expert.
