Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an environment where a software development team can thrive using Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring team members, facilitating essential ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups, and ensuring that the team remains focused on their objectives. You will also work to identify and eliminate any barriers that may hinder the team's progress, while continuously monitoring and reporting on the team's performance through relevant metrics. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the successful implementation of Agile practices within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate effective communication among team members to enhance collaboration. - Assist in the continuous improvement of Agile practices within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Experience with various Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. - Strong understanding of team dynamics and conflict resolution techniques. - Ability to utilize project management tools to track progress and performance. - Experience in coaching teams on Agile principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
