Role Description:
The Scrum Master II serves as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more Scrum teams. Key responsibilities include: Facilitating Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Removing impediments and resolving team-level and cross-team dependencies. Promoting Lean-Agile principles and maintaining a culture of trust and collaboration. Coaching teams on self-organization, continuous improvement, and adherence to Scrum practices. Partnering with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization. Tracking progress using Agile metrics and tools (e.g., Rally, Jira). Driving delivery accountability by creating conditions for effective sprint outcomes and value delivery.
