KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Ensure the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
Collaborate with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to groom and prioritize the backlog.
Guide teams in delivering secure projects successfully.
Monitor and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and release outcomes.
Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks to safeguard timelines and quality.
Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress.
Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
Drive improvement through retrospectives and structured feedback loops.
Mentor team members on Agile practices, fostering ownership and discipline.
Contribute to developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices.
Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross functional skillset, domain knowledge and effective communication
Build a high-performing, collaborative environment that encourages innovation, trust, accountability and transparency
Skills required:
Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Tools: Knowledge of Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Agile Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, with working knowledge of other Agile frameworks such as Kanban.
Team Leadership: Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with diplomacy and clarity.
Delivery Discipline: Proactive in tracking metrics and driving accountability.
Coaching & Communication: Excellent communication and mentoring abilities to nurture team maturity.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
