Job DescriptionThe Quality Controls Analyst is responsible for evaluating and improving the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of underwriting processes within the Insurance and Reinsurance business. This role ensures adherence to company guidelines, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements through systematic audits, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
QualificationsQuality Monitoring & Auditing
- Conduct regular quality reviews of post-bound activities processed by the operations team in various systems
- Evaluate accuracy, completeness, and compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Perform sampling and audit checks based on established QA frameworks
- Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and maintain QA scorecards, dashboards, and reports
- Analyze audit results to identify trends, root causes, and recurring issues
- Process Improvement
- Recommend process enhancements to improve quality, efficiency, and turnaround time
- Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and risk teams to implement improvements
- - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
