Enercon Technologies is a leading company in developing Power and Networking Products for the Defense Industry. We are seeking an experienced Quality Control to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough quality inspections of both products and processes.
Read and accurately interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Inspect manufactured and assembled printed circuit boards (PCBs / PCBAs) in accordance with IPC standards.
Manage non-conformances, including participating in and handling Material Review Board (MRB) deviations.
Lead failure investigations, root cause analysis, and data tracking, including driving CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes.
Verify the long-term effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional interfaces: Procurement, Production Control (Planning), Warehouse, and Manufacturing.
Skills and Attributes:
Broad systemic perspective with the ability to work collaboratively across departmental interfaces.
High level of accuracy in task execution, data collection, reporting, and document control/records management.
Experience conducting source inspections alongside customer representatives.
Ability to thrive in a high-workload environment and consistently meet individual and departmental targets.
Strong data analysis skills using MS Excel.
Professionalism, exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and a proactive approach (high initiative).
RequirementsCertification in Quality (QA/QC) – Required.
IPC-A-610 / IPC-A-620 certification – Strong advantage.
Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar quality control role within an industrial, manufacturing, or process-oriented company.
Background in the defence industry or with a defence subcontractor – Strong advantage.
Familiarity with quality methodologies and statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
Familiarity with the AS9100 aerospace standard – Advantage.
Full proficiency in MS Office Suite – Required.
Familiarity with ERP systems – Required (Priority,Agile PLM – an advantage).
English – Basic proficiency (verbal and written).
Skills Required
