Lead development and continuous improvement of manufacturing and assembly processes for electronic products. Support NPI/product transfer, troubleshoot production issues, create documentation, design fixtures/tools, monitor KPIs, and lead Lean/Six Sigma improvement projects across R&D, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics.

Create and update production drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing files from development drawings; collaborate with configuration control, R&D, production, and NPI teams; support ECR updates and optimize drafting processes for manufacturability.

Prepare manufacturing packages for magnetic components as part of NPI; maintain and improve production documentation for coils; provide technical support to magnetics subcontractors; collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Production; lead process improvements, failure analysis, and cost-reduction projects.

Lead global procurement for electronic systems and power supplies in the defense industry. Define and execute sourcing strategies, standardize processes, manage global suppliers and KPIs, support Engineering/Quality/Manufacturing on BOMs and supplier qualification, negotiate international contracts, and ensure compliance with military standards and import/export rules.

Provide pre-sales technical support for advanced networking solutions in aerospace and defense. Prepare RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, datasheets, and documentation. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Project Management and customers to define solutions, participate in technical discussions, and support system integration and troubleshooting across the project lifecycle.

Lead and manage hardware and electronics projects from initiation to delivery. Plan schedules, manage risks, coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality), oversee procurement and supply during development, track milestones, and maintain customer communication to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Design and deliver MIL-hardened electronic packaging and electromechanical assemblies from concept to serial production. Perform thermal design, manufacture-focused mechanical design, test equipment design, and collaborate with electronic engineers and PCB designers. Support production engineering and ensure designs meet military/aviation standards.

Design, test, and debug mixed-signal high-speed PCBs and FPGA (VHDL) designs for networking R&D. Perform PCB layout, use OrCAD/Cadence and Intel Quartus/Xilinx Vivado, validate with oscilloscope and logic analyzer, and build prototypes with hands-on soldering and wiring.
