Manage end-to-end technology projects from initiation through customer delivery. Responsibilities include planning schedules, controlling work plans, managing risks, resolving bottlenecks, coordinating Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality teams, monitoring supply processes, tracking milestones, and maintaining customer communication.

Conduct quality inspections of products, processes, PCBs, and PCBAs; interpret technical drawings and IPC standards; manage non-conformances and MRB deviations; lead failure investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA, and corrective-action verification. Collaborate with production, procurement, warehouse, and manufacturing teams while maintaining accurate records, reporting, and data analysis. The role requires quality certification, approximately three years of manufacturing quality experience, SPC familiarity, and MS Office proficiency.

Identifies and develops new business opportunities through market research, proactive outreach, lead generation, and relationship management. Supports sales and revenue-growth initiatives, maintains CRM and pipeline data, coordinates client meetings, prepares presentations and reports, and tracks performance metrics. Collaborates with sales, marketing, product development, clients, partners, and other stakeholders to improve business development strategies and expand the company’s customer base.

Lead development and continuous improvement of manufacturing and assembly processes for electronic products. Support NPI/product transfer, troubleshoot production issues, create documentation, design fixtures/tools, monitor KPIs, and lead Lean/Six Sigma improvement projects across R&D, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics.

Prepare manufacturing packages for magnetic components as part of NPI; maintain and improve production documentation for coils; provide technical support to magnetics subcontractors; collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Production; lead process improvements, failure analysis, and cost-reduction projects.

Provide pre-sales technical support for advanced networking solutions in aerospace and defense. Prepare RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, datasheets, and documentation. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Project Management and customers to define solutions, participate in technical discussions, and support system integration and troubleshooting across the project lifecycle.

Design and deliver MIL-hardened electronic packaging and electromechanical assemblies from concept to serial production. Perform thermal design, manufacture-focused mechanical design, test equipment design, and collaborate with electronic engineers and PCB designers. Support production engineering and ensure designs meet military/aviation standards.

Design, test, and debug mixed-signal high-speed PCBs and FPGA (VHDL) designs for networking R&D. Perform PCB layout, use OrCAD/Cadence and Intel Quartus/Xilinx Vivado, validate with oscilloscope and logic analyzer, and build prototypes with hands-on soldering and wiring.
