* Perform TRID reviews of Loan Estimate forms and Closing Disclosure Forms
* Create, review, and maintain consumer and commercial loan files
* Prepare documents for retention and storage
* Assist with Exception Reporting
* Post-closing QC of Consumer and Commercial loans
* Establish and maintain RM information for new customers
* Verify proper forms are accounted for and signed
* Make decisions on routine issues in accordance with the Loan Operations Internal Guidelines and assigned approval limits
* Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
* Other duties as assigned
* Must be able to remain in a standing stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* 2+ years' experience with reviewing Real Estate and Commercial loan documentation.
* Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized
* Good communication skills
* Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
