An expert-level position responsible for overseeing all aspects of operational audits and driving strategic quality initiatives. This role influences organizational policies to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Oversee the planning and execution of all operational audits.
Develop and implement organization-wide quality assurance programs.
Lead cross-functional teams in quality improvement projects.
Serve as the primary liaison with various departments
Analyze complex audit data to inform strategic decisions.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
Assist in updating quality assurance policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
6+ years of experience in quality assurance and operational audits.
Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems and compliance.
Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Business applications knowledge including MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Google -Suite Doc, Sheets, Slides
Senior-level certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE).
Proven track record of implementing successful quality initiatives at the organizational level.
Experience with project and work management software including Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, etc)
