Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
6+ years of experience in quality assurance and operational audits.
Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems and compliance.
Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Business applications knowledge including MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Google -Suite Doc, Sheets, Slides

Senior-level certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE).
Proven track record of implementing successful quality initiatives at the organizational level.
Experience with project and work management software including Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, etc)
