Quality Assurance Specialist- Fukuoka

Manage client relationships and provide quality service for HGV Club Members from the date of purchase until the time when their Membership Account has been established.  QA Specialist is the primary liaison to the customer and manages the customer follow-up process in regard to incomplete paperwork/monies for contracts and deeding of the client’s new purchase.  Provides professional and Hilton quality courteous face-to-face, virtual, and telephone services for all new HGV clients in accordance with HGV’s standards of integrity, quality and service.

This position is responsible for performing and accomplish the QA role stated in the QA posting summary.

Purchase Date Functions

- Well understand of the contract terms stated in contract documents and complete all DDs including handling complaint cases.

-Have enough knowledge and confidence to close DDs or to follow up the questions/issues arise from DDs.

-Control and manage own DD in accordance to the customer’s personalities and demands/requests.

-Solve the issue of long PE deals/long CXL waiting deals which contains possibility of complaint.

-Provide estimation through PE follow up and create the strategy how to quickly recognize revenue with the sales management teams.

Customer Service

-Provide necessary Takken knowledge as business in Japan resorts evolves

-Support and cooperate when new experiment starts in regards to real estate transactions in Japan

-Handle audit issues/recording issues which has possibility to escalate to the complaint.

-日本の事業展開に伴い、必要な宅建に関する知識を提供する

-日本の不動産取引に関する新しい試み開始時に、サポートおよび協力する

-クレームに発展する可能性のある、監査問題や記録の問題に対処する

General

-Possess a professional level of knowledge of both the HGV’s legal documents and the HGV/HVC Club product knowledge.

-Possess computer skills to generate documents through the company software and programs system.

-Assist with various projects and programs in regard to new clients.

-Communicate with Members and Sales with hospitality and pay attention to the details.

-Join in the project member for new properties/processes and contribute to the company’s needs as QA department. Especially regarding Japan products, support project team to develop new processes (such as DDD, Preservative measure, financial process etc.)

-会社のソフトウェアおよびプログラムシステムを使用して文書を作成するためのコンピュータスキルを有する。

-新規顧客に関するさまざまなプロジェクトやプログラムをサポートする。

-メンバー様とセールスへホスピタリティを持ってコミュニケーションをとり、詳細に注意を払う。

-新規物件/プロセスのプロジェクトメンバーに参加し、QA部門として会社のニーズに貢献する。特に日本製品に関しては、プロジェクトチームをサポートし、新しいプロセス（DDD、保存措置、財務プロセスなど）の開発に貢献する。

Required Qualifications    
-Demonstrate excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. 
-Able to manage multi-tasks 
-Demonstrate proficiency in Micro Soft Word, Excel and Database programs. 
-Ability to obtain timeshare or real estate license
Preferred Qualifications    
-Japanese speaker, reader, and writer. Ability to write a business letter in both English and Japanese, also discuss about the topic in the meeting if applicable.
-English reading and writing skill.

-Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including holidays and weekends, meeting the attendance standards required by the company.
-Must be able to travel all over Japan and overseas
