How you’ll make an impact

  • You will handle the root cause analysis of product trouble: When product trouble occurs, information is collected from Troubleshooting team, Site service team, Engineering team, and others, and a root cause analysis is conducted.

  • You will support in the creation of investigation reports: Investigate the root cause of product trouble and prepare a customer report.

  • You will be reporting the root cause to customers: Explain the root cause to customers by using investigation reports and other documentation.

  • You will support on-site investigations: Conduct on-site investigations when Site Service team is unable to respond in the field, also execution of other QA-related tasks.

  • You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree.

  • Has knowledge related to electricity.

  • It is desirable for the candidate to have graduated from a school in the field of electrical engineering. (high school, technical college, university, or master’s course).

  • It is desirable for the candidate to have basic or specialized knowledge related to transformers.

Working hours: 900-1730 (1hr break). Flex time is applicable.
