Role Overview
Kreato Global is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to monitor interpreter performance, ensure quality standards, and provide coaching that drives continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of OPI/VRI interpretation experience.
  • Previous QA experience in a BPO or Language Services environment preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience providing coaching and feedback.
  • Technical & Workspace Requirements
  • Wired high-speed internet.
  • USB noise-cancelling headset.
  • Quiet workspace.

Requirements

  • Monitor recorded OPI/VRI interpretation sessions.
