Job Description:
About the Role:
The QA Document Coordinator role at the Manawa location provides support to the Quality team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
- Manage QA’s supply inventory. This includes ordering, picking up supplies, distributing the supplies to each laboratory, and inventory audits to ensure nothing runs out.
- Maintaining data trackers for out of specification results and wash inspections, and assisting with collecting data as needed to help drive improvements.
- Assist with Maintaining QA employee training information.
- Manage information in Infinity QS (IQS).
- Coordinate onsite visitors for equipment calibrations and repairs.
- Performs traces and mass balances as requested.
- Performing audits, which may include GMP, GFSI standards, internal programs, and internal processes.
About You:
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Demonstrated experience following written and verbal instructions
- High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiently in Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP and IQS preferred.
- 2 or more years of QA or administrative experience, or a 2-year degree in a relevant field
