Quality Assurance Associate
Location: Remote – US Only
Salary: $16.00 - $17.00/hr. DOE, plus benefits - which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying
Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00pm (MST), Monday – Friday
About the Quality Assurance Associate I role
The individual who fills this position will be responsible for completing internal audit reviews for Quality Assurance. Analyze, and conducting internal audits of department performance. Supporting functions that enable the effective and efficient delivery of services and products.
Responsibilities/Duties
Analyze work produced for errors.
Monitors transactions to ensure compliance against performance standards.
Partners with team peers, collaborating on areas of opportunity that have been identified.
Interacts with work leaders, supervisors and managers.
Detects, analyzes and reports fraudulent activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience working Administration or Insurance required.
Desired Skills and Attributes/Successful candidates will have the following skills:
Quality Assurance experience with Medicaid or Insurance preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word
Exceptional attention to detail
Exceptional time management abilities
Excellent communication skills
Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
