Job Description
General Summary:
The Quality Analytics Manager utilizes data analysis skills and tools to evaluate Vertex operations, processes, and systems and recommends strategic process improvements based on research findings. This role is a key contributor in driving data-centric decision making within the Quality organization. The role also advises and supports business partners in design and delivery of data models and data analysis that enhance Vertex delivery and oversight.

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- Typically four years of experience in data analysis and reporting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical skills, including collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information accurately
- Experience developing queries and writing reports
- Experience with data visualization
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages such as R, SPSS, or SAS
- Experience using data analysis and visualization applications such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or comparable regulated industry
- Awareness of regulations applicable to pharmaceutical or medical device development, manufacturing, and distribution
