Job Summary:
The position is Responsible for supporting the quality assurance and control processes within the processing aerospace manufacturing environment; maintaining quality documentation, coordinating quality activities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize quality documentation, including inspection records, test reports, and compliance certificates.
- Accurately enter quality data into databases and systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by organizing documents and records, and ensuring all quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with quality inspectors, engineers, and production staff to ensure quality issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Generate and distribute quality reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all quality processes and procedures comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining training records for quality-related training programs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a quality role required; preferably in aerospace industry.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
