Process and mask parts per work order and drawings, inspect incoming parts for damage, complete required paperwork, follow supervisor instructions, and handle hazardous materials safely per regulations.

Process accurate multi-state payrolls (regular and off-cycle), audit payroll setup and withholdings, resolve pay issues, support tax filings and year-end reporting, maintain records, train HR site staff, and partner with HR/Finance/vendors to ensure compliance and payroll accuracy.

Manage site-level HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, personnel file maintenance, HRIS recordkeeping, and compliance with federal and state employment regulations. Support employee relations and performance evaluation programs.

Perform racking for production: prioritize jobs, select racking procedure, wire/clip or hoist items, remove parts after processing, complete paperwork, follow PPE and safety rules, maintain clean workspace, and dispose hazardous waste correctly.

Operate 3rd-shift electrochemical plating lines: prepare, plate, clean and document jobs per travelers; monitor quality, perform tank and area maintenance, support continuous improvement (KAIZEN, 5S), and ensure safety and PPE compliance.

Operate 2nd-shift plating line using established chemical and electrolytic processes to clean, activate, plate, coat, and treat metal parts. Follow Travelers, document process parameters, maintain safety and OSHA PPE, monitor quality, perform shift-transfer tasks (tank cleaning, topping off), participate in Metrix/KAIZEN/5S, and communicate process issues to supervisors.

Perform chemical analyses (titrations, pH, specific gravity, ICP) and Hull cell testing to maintain plating, activation, and cleaning baths. Make chemical additions, support chemical inventory and process maintenance, follow safety/OSHA procedures, and participate in 5S/Kaizen continuous improvement activities.

The Lab Tech 1 performs various analytical and physical tests, creates lab orders and reports, adheres to safety procedures, and maintains testing equipment.

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable including invoicing, cash application, reconciliations, and collections. Process customer billing across two Lawrence locations using Oracle, resolve billing discrepancies, handle account inquiries and phone communications, maintain electronic and physical records, perform data entry, and provide general administrative support.

Provide front-desk reception and general office support: greet visitors, answer phones, manage sign-ins and badges, maintain reception and conference rooms, handle mail and invoices, schedule rooms, prepare and scan documents into an electronic database, order non-PO items and meals, report equipment maintenance needs, and perform other assigned administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality.

The NDT Assistant participates in a training program for non-destructive testing (NDT) while working under supervision. They are responsible for observing NDT methods but cannot conduct tests or make any decisions regarding test results independently.

Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for hourly production roles across a region: source, screen, coordinate interviews and hiring events, partner with site leadership, maintain ATS data, report metrics, ensure compliant hiring, and build local talent pipelines.

Assist EHS Specialist by identifying applicable environmental regulations and risks for metal finishing, interacting with Operations, Planning, QA and EHS Coordinator to implement compliance systems. Perform daily data entry, maintain logs/files and automated systems, provide administrative support, maintain work area, follow work instructions and safety procedures, and complete other assigned projects independently and accurately.

Support Quality by creating and administering masking instructions and visual aids using CATIA, photos, and office software. Manage document storage, read blueprints, interpret customer purchase orders and work instructions, and assist in implementing systems to meet product requirements.

Supervise and support laboratory operations and technicians on 1st shift. Ensure adherence to test methods, manage chemical inventory and controlled materials, perform routine analytical and process-control testing, troubleshoot instruments, lead continuous improvement and internal/NADCAP audits, coordinate with vendors/customers, prepare records/reports, and coach and develop staff to maintain safety and quality.

Support quality operations by entering and tracking NCRs, creating and maintaining quality documents, assisting with audits, training inspectors, performing spec reviews and root-cause investigations, and coordinating with auditors, customers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve nonconformances and prevent recurrence.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across a region, partner with stakeholders, source candidates, run hiring events, and maintain compliance in processes. Track recruiting metrics and promote employer branding.

Prepare and process parts by selecting appropriate media and prioritizing jobs; complete required paperwork; follow PPE and safety procedures; properly dispose of hazardous waste; maintain a clean work area; perform other assigned duties in a manufacturing environment.

Perform and document analytical and physical materials tests (corrosion, adhesion, plating, hydrogen embrittlement, spectroscopy, titrations, pH/conductivity, coating weight). Track samples, create monthly lab orders and test reports, maintain equipment (salt spray chamber), monitor tank temperatures, support shop personnel, perform clerical filing, and follow safety and ITAR requirements.

Assist with laboratory operations, safety, and compliance in an on-site aerospace/defense surface finishing facility. Support data analysis and reporting, collaborate with team members and external stakeholders, and contribute to workforce and lab development projects during a 3–6 month internship.
