Supervise laboratory technicians and ensure compliance with testing methods and procedures. Manage assigned aerospace customer accounts and programs by coordinating operations, shipping, quality, finance, planning, scheduling, and customer service. Track order status and completion dates, resolve holds and delays, coordinate truck routes and order splits, support expedited orders, and ensure required engineering documentation is available for processing. Maintain customer contacts and communications while escalating issues to leadership to achieve on-time delivery of conforming parts.

Coordinates production workflow and materials across departments. Reviews customer purchase orders, specifications, blueprints, and engineering models; develops manufacturing work instructions; creates work orders and certification documents; maintains MRP data; schedules departmental operations; and provides technical support to internal teams and outsourcing vendors.

Processes materials through cleaning, activation, and plating operations according to traveler specifications. Documents process parameters, scans required steps, monitors quality, reports unusual conditions, and completes shift-transfer activities. Maintains safe work practices, uses OSHA-required protective equipment, supports production schedules, participates in daily meetings, and contributes to Kaizen and 5S continuous improvement activities.

Maintains training software and materials, assesses employee performance and training effectiveness, identifies content gaps, collaborates with managers and cross-functional teams, supports new business integration, facilitates root cause training, and edits materials for publication and compliance.

Supports environmental, health, and safety compliance by maintaining SDS and regulatory records, enforcing hazardous-waste procedures, conducting workplace inspections and audits, managing respiratory protection and exposure monitoring programs, and implementing corrective actions. Develops and facilitates employee safety training, prepares compliance documentation, coordinates required physicals and fit testing, and supports Quality, EHS, Production, and HR meetings, audits, and training initiatives.

Participate in a documented Nondestructive Testing training program under direct observation of qualified Level 2 or Level 3 personnel. Gain supervised experience in the assigned NDT method while following restrictions against independent testing, NDT functions, or accept/reject decisions. Perform other assigned duties. No prior experience is required, and the role offers on-the-job training and advancement opportunities.

Participate in a documented NDT training program under direct observation of qualified Level 2 or Level 3 personnel. Gain supervised experience in the assigned NDT method while following safety and quality requirements. Trainees may not independently conduct tests, perform NDT functions, or make accept/reject decisions. The role requires high school education or GED, 1–2 years of experience, shift flexibility, and the ability to train on alternate shifts.
