Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled QLIK Developer with strong expertise in QLIK Compose, QLIK Integration, and advanced data integration techniques (ETL, ELT). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SQL, Python, PL/SQL, and the ability to develop, implement, and maintain data integration solutions to support business intelligence initiatives. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data is effectively captured, processed, and delivered across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QLIK Compose and QLIK Integration solutions to support data warehousing, business intelligence, and reporting requirements.
• Design and build complex ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from various sources into data lakes, warehouses, and marts.
• Create efficient data models, dashboards, and reports using QLIK products to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and other developers to design and deploy data solutions aligned with enterprise data strategies.
• Optimize existing QLIK data solutions for performance and scalability, ensuring data integrity and quality across all platforms.
• Work with complex data sets, including structured and unstructured data, to ensure efficient data processing and analysis.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, and Python scripts for data manipulation, transformation, and integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing data integration pipelines and QLIK applications.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually improve data integration and business intelligence processes.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• QLIK Compose and QLIK Integration Expertise: In-depth experience with QLIK Compose and QLIK Integration for data warehousing, automation, and real-time data integration.
• ETL/ELT Development: Extensive experience in designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data integration projects.
• Advanced SQL & PL/SQL: Strong skills in writing complex SQL queries and PL/SQL stored procedures for data extraction, manipulation, and transformation.
• Python Programming: Proficiency in Python for data scripting and automation within the data pipeline and analytics workflow.
• Data Modeling: Experience in designing optimized data models, ensuring efficient query performance in business intelligence tools.
• Cloud & On-Premise Integration: Knowledge of integrating data across cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise systems.
• Performance Tuning: Experience in performance tuning of ETL processes, databases, and BI applications for scalability.
• Data Quality & Governance: Familiarity with best practices for data quality, validation, and governance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of integrated data.
• Visualization & Reporting: Ability to create impactful data visualizations, dashboards, and reports in QLIK to support business decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with other BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SAP.
• Familiarity with modern data warehousing solutions like Snowflake or Redshift.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in QLIK development with a focus on data integration (QLIK Compose, QLIK Integration).
• Proven track record in ETL/ELT development and managing data pipelines in complex environments.
