Develop and administer ServiceNow solutions, including Nuvolo facilities, asset, maintenance, and workplace applications. Manage NASA SEWP contract execution and administration, serving as the primary contact for government customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure FAR and contract compliance, coordinate deliverables, reporting, modifications, and task orders, and monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and performance. Support proposals, transitions, business development, and process improvements while collaborating across technical, finance, contracts, and operations teams.
