Leads UX strategy and design for enterprise government applications, conducting research, workshops, usability assessments, and accessibility reviews. Develops personas, journeys, process flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Establishes UX standards, collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams, reviews vendor deliverables, supports testing, maintains design documentation, and ensures user-centered outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.

Develop and administer ServiceNow solutions, including Nuvolo facilities, asset, maintenance, and workplace applications. Build custom applications, workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, integrations, and service catalogs. Configure ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management modules; perform upgrades and troubleshooting; and support platform enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document solutions, and deliver secure, governed enterprise capabilities using REST and SOAP integrations.

Manage NASA SEWP contract execution and administration, serving as the primary contact for government customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure FAR and contract compliance, coordinate deliverables, reporting, modifications, and task orders, and monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and performance. Support proposals, transitions, business development, and process improvements while collaborating across technical, finance, contracts, and operations teams.
