Develop and maintain .NET Core/.NET 8 console applications that integrate with EPA RCRAInfo REST APIs. Implement secure OAuth2 authentication, parse/transform JSON/XML, perform SQL Server/Oracle upserts, add robust logging and retry policies, support scheduled execution with monitoring and notifications, and use CI/CD and source control workflows.

Lead the Discovery phase of a large-scale IT modernization initiative, managing planning, coordination, requirements gathering, and delivering key project artifacts while overseeing cross-functional teams.

Lead QA efforts for large-scale projects, develop strategies, oversee testing activities, manage QA teams, and ensure project quality standards.

Design, develop, and optimize enterprise databases and ETL pipelines (SSIS, Python, PySpark). Build data ingestion, transformations, migrations, and reporting (SSRS, Power BI). Provide production support, performance tuning, data modeling, and collaborate in Agile SDLC.
