職務概要
QE（Quality Engineering）組織におけるPMO（Project Management Office）機能を担い, 品質改善活動および品質プロジェクトの推進をサポートします。
各種品質会議のファシリテーション, アクションアイテム管理, 進捗フォローアップ, 会議資料作成• レビュー支援を通じて, 組織横断で品質改善活動が効果的かつ効率的に実行される環境を構築します。
また, 関係部門や海外チームとのコミュニケーションハブとして, 情報の整理• 分析• 展開を行い, 品質課題の早期解決および継続的改善を推進する役割を担います。
主な業務内容

• 品質関連会議のファシリテーションおよび運営
• 会議アジェンダ作成, 議事録管理, アクションアイテムの追跡およびフォローアップ
• 品質改善プロジェクトの進捗管理および関係部門との調整
• 品質指標（Quality Metrics）の取りまとめ, 分析, 可視化
• 品質レビュー資料およびマネジメント向け報告資料の作成支援
• 国内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションおよび情報展開
• プロセス改善活動の推進および標準化支援
• 品質課題の管理および解決に向けたコーディネーション

応募条件
必須条件

• 日常会話レベルの日本語力（JLPT N3程度）
• 日常会話レベルの英語力
  （主に海外とのチャット• メールでのやり取りが発生します。AI• 翻訳ツールの活用は問題ありません）
• 学士号, またはそれと同等の教育• 業界経験
• Microsoft Office（Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook等）の基本的な活用スキル
• 関係者と協力しながら業務を進められるコミュニケーション能力

• プロジェクトマネジメント業務経験
• 品質管理, 品質保証, 製造, 半導体業界での業務経験
• データ分析およびレポート作成経験
• 対面およびリモート環境におけるクロスファンクショナルチームとの協働経験
• 継続的な学習意欲と改善マインドセット
• Power BI, Power Automate, 生成AI等を活用した業務改善経験
