The Role
Lead MES and production scheduling improvements at Fab15 through AI, advanced analytics, automation, and data-driven optimization. Analyze equipment logs, reduce Q-time violations and equipment standby, manage Fab Auto Stage Ratio, develop dashboards and automation using SQL, RPA, APIs, UiPath, and Power BI, and improve MES troubleshooting. Drive global best-practice deployment, cross-site collaboration, Power User training, IE education, and project execution while supporting predictive analytics, anomaly detection, simulation, and responsible AI adoption.
