Key Responsibilities 

• Test migrated and newly implemented insurance products prior to release.
• Design, execute, and document end-to-end test scenarios and test campaigns.
• Validate product behaviour, business rules, and data accuracy across different markets.
• Identify, document, and track issues through to resolution.
• Participate in project workshops, testing phases, and go-live activities.
• Support the adoption and continuous improvement of test automation tools.
• Contribute to enhancing testing standards, methodologies, and operational processes.

About You 

• 3–5 years of experience in Operations, ideally within health insurance or related services.
• Good understanding of insurance products and business processes.
• Experience working with policy administration, claims management, or similar operational systems is a plus.
• Comfortable working in project environments involving business, operations, and IT stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing, defect tracking, and test documentation.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and an interest in supporting automated testing initiatives.
• Experience with NIS (Nordic) insurance software is a plus
• International study or work experience.
• Knowledge of Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies
