Key Responsibilities
- Test migrated and newly implemented insurance products prior to release.
- Design, execute, and document end-to-end test scenarios and test campaigns.
- Validate product behaviour, business rules, and data accuracy across different markets.
- Identify, document, and track issues through to resolution.
- Participate in project workshops, testing phases, and go-live activities.
- Support the adoption and continuous improvement of test automation tools.
- Contribute to enhancing testing standards, methodologies, and operational processes.
About You
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations, ideally within health insurance or related services.
- Good understanding of insurance products and business processes.
- Experience working with policy administration, claims management, or similar operational systems is a plus.
- Comfortable working in project environments involving business, operations, and IT stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing, defect tracking, and test documentation.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and an interest in supporting automated testing initiatives.
- Experience with NIS (Nordic) insurance software is a plus
- International study or work experience.
- Knowledge of Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies
