What you’ll be doing
- Lead multiple development/scrum teams to deliver a technical roadmap with best practices
- Act as the contact point for the technical domain for clients
- Lead technical design, architecture, and solution with leads in the working stream
- Participate, propose, and present in technical review with other parties such as clients and other vendors.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, mitigate the risks, and set expectations.
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years of strong experience in Java, Spring boot, PostgresSQL, and RESTful
- 3+ years of strong experience in ReactJS, TypeScript
- 5+ years of experience in Scrum Agile methodologies
- Understanding related software design diagrams such as UML, ER, etc.
- Experience in managing a software development team
- Experience with Microservice architecture
- Experience with any public cloud such as Azure, AWS, GCP
- Experience with Container and Docker Compose is a plus
- Experience in Deployment and DevOps is a plus
- Strong leadership presence
- Able to work in a high-pressure and politically complex environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Very strong English communication skills (both spoken and written)
