Activities:
- Implement project quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality documentation.
- Conduct inspections for reinforcement, pile construction, concrete works, and foundation activities.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
- Prepare quality reports, NCRs, observations, and corrective action reports.
- Monitor testing activities including concrete, bentonite, grout, steel reinforcement, and pile testing.
- Maintain project quality records and documentation.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Monitor subcontractor quality performance.
- Ensure lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented.
- Coordinate closely with construction and HSE teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4–8 years of QA/QC experience in piling and foundation projects.
- Strong knowledge of ITPs, quality procedures, and construction standards.
- Experience with pile integrity testing, load testing, and concrete quality control.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Good report writing and communication skills.
- UAE experience preferred.
