Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the Process Quality Engineering team to support manufacturing quality objectives
- Manage IPQA inspectors and supervisors to ensure effective execution of in-process quality controls
- Oversee MRB activities, including timely review, disposition, and documentation of non-conforming materials and products.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Quality, Production, Engineering, and Planing team
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Lead and continuously drive improvement programs to achieve quality targets
Education, Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus.
- Must be an effective communicator with proven ability to communicate complex information and concepts with clarity
• Should possess a flexible approach to problem-solving, be an adept negotiator, and be effective in trouble-shooting problems, issues, and/or conflicts
• Proven ability to establish collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize, manage multiple projects and tasks, and have great attention to detail
• The ideal candidate is highly ethical, flexible, action- and goal- oriented
Working Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment
- At least 3–5 years of leadership experience managing quality engineers or inspection teams
- Strong experience with MRB handling and in-process quality systems
Skills And Knowledge Requirements (If Any)
- Solid knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, SPC, 8D, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional leadership.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
