Department OverviewAPAC Delivery Management
Job Description
- Responsible for open backlog, shipment & revenue tracking.
- Deal with order management on order related matter by max delivery fullfill customer satisfaction.
- Deal with Global Supply Planning (GSP) and Material Planning Management (MPM) on materials delivery commits.
- Deal with logistic & shipment team on shipment arrangement.
- Prepare revenue projection and flag out if there is any/ potential revenue risk

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with proven experience in backlog management, delivery management, or a related supply chain field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in this field
- Expert knowledge of the Google Workspace suite is essential, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Having system knowledge in Oracle & SAP will be added advantage
- Detail oriented
- Good collaboration skills and ability to handle customer feedback and delivery issues.
- Positive attitude, team player and willing to take up change, challenges and ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor
- Must be willing and able to support the U.S. shift as required.
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus as need to work with China customers
