Purpose: to lead and oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the products and/or development processes.
Core responsibilities:
- Own functional product quality
- Own QA processes & strategy
- Own QA test execution
- Own QA team reporting
- Own QA team management
- Mentor QA Engineers
- Participate in release management & planning
Qualifications required:
- Experience in managing QA engineering teams of +5
- Experience in manual QA
- Experience in QA strategies & processes
- Experience working with complex cloud products
- Experience in Scrum Agile
- Experience in working with EU/US clients
- Upper intermediate English language skills
Will be a plus:
- Experience in testing of integrations / APIs
- Experience in test automation
- Experience in performance testing
