Job Description: Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of a next-generation Agentic AI-powered platform.
You’ll play a key role in testing complex systems by designing and executing detailed test plans, identifying issues early, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clarity and precision
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure full requirement coverage
- Automate repetitive test scenarios and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
- Help establish and maintain QA standards and best practices
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in QA or software testing roles
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proficient in both manual and automated testing
- Experience testing REST APIs and web/mobile applications
- Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or equivalents
- Working knowledge of Agile development and testing workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience with performance/load testing tools
- Exposure to AI-based or data-driven software applications
