P2P Payment Analyst

Your Role:

Supporting end‑to‑end payment processes within AP.
Verifying payment readiness, check data accuracy, and identify discrepancies.
Ensuring timely execution of payments and adherence to internal controls.
Collaborating with internal teams and banks to resolve issues.
Working with financial data, documents, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in Payments or AP.
Strong MS Excel skills (tables, filtering, basic formulas, data analysis).
Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
Understanding of financial flows and payment controls.
Very good English; additional languages are a plus.
High accuracy and reliability — payments require zero errors.
Ability to work under time pressure, especially on payment days.
Strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach.
Responsibility and precision.
Quality‑orientation and strong organizational skills.
Thoroughness in working with documents and numbers.
