Job Description
Global Specialist Engineer for Punching Machines
As a Global Specialist Engineer for punching machines at CUBIC, you will play a central role and have broad contact with partners. Reporting to PT, you will work on optimizing, standardizing, coordinating, and improving large punching machines on a global level based on an overall strategy. You will act as the project manager for the entire project process, including the implementation of the solution.
Depending on the scope of the project and the partners involved, timelines can vary from a few months to several years. The projects you will work on contribute directly to CUBIC's future development.
Responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and further developing the global efficiency of punching machines.
- Serving as a knowledge resource for the entire organization within selected areas.
- Participating in implementation and project teams at a global level.
- Your workday will be divided between your own specific tasks and supporting CUBIC's global organization.
- In addition to colleagues at CUBIC, you will also collaborate with colleagues across CUBIC/Rockwell Automation's international organization.
Qualifications:
- You have a relevant education, likely at the bachelor's level or higher,, as a mechanical engineer, marine engineer, or similar.
- Strong technical skills and experience or interest in production engineering and automation.
- You will be independent and solution-oriented, with the ability to work purposefully, capable of juggling multiple tasks.
- Additionally, you have strong team player qualities and the ability to collaborate widely within the organization.
- English- B2 Level
